Matthew Lutz

Chief Executive Officer

As a native Austinite and a longhorn, it was only natural that Matthew Lutz would become a founding partner of Sabre Commercial, a firm proudly associated with some of the best construction projects in Austin. Prior to founding Sabre in 2008, he was active in commercial real estate as an investor, broker and developer. He has since found his niche with Sabre Commercial. His background as a development investor has given him a unique approach to construction allowing him to see the project from both sides of the aisle. Matt has broad oversight of all company operations and resources and makes major corporate decisions.

An advocate for helping others, Matt is the Director of Development for Crossroads Scholars Program, which helps support first-generation college attendees.

Matt enjoys soaking up all Austin has to offer, but also enjoy traveling when the time permits. He is an avid outdoorsman who can often be found bird hunting, fishing, or water skiing.
