This seventeen thousand square foot, first-generation tenant finish out was completed for PlainsCapital Bank. Located in the Class A 5th+Colorado building in downtown Austin, construction was completed while working within the occupied building.
The high-end corporate office is comprised of multiple luxurious conference rooms, executive suite offices, private offices, as well as open office space. The space is furnished with high end finishes throughout, including wood paneling. Offices and conferences rooms are separated by a frosted glass and polished wood DIRTT Wall System installation. The break area, carpeted in grass turf, was created as an indoor putting green and includes four usable holes so that employees can work on their short game over their lunch break.
