Compass Real Estate Office at Rollingwood Center III is Open for Business!

Mar 06, 2020

This sleek corporate finish-out for national real estate broker Compass exemplifies the company’s signature style. Their new office was the second tenant space completed in the new Rollingwood III building and provides ample work and meeting space for local agents and staff of the real estate technology firm.

Designed by Cleveland-based Vocon Partners, this 21,000-square-foot, multi-function space can accommodate a wide array of work styles. Furniture and finishes present a cool palette of black, white and grey, warmed by natural light filtered through glass office entryways. Exposed ceilings, sealed concrete floors, glass wall systems throughout and big windows integrate the work-friendly ease of a tech company with the sophistication of a luxury brand.

The open layout flows through a series of interlocking regions that include several collaboration hubs and a kitchen break area, with a hanging wood-slat feature wall to separate them. Conference rooms and private offices line the perimeter of the wide-open space.

“This job was complex in terms of our interaction with the owner, construction manager and design team since they weren’t local,” said Project Manager Dan Bradley. “It took heavy coordination to get everyone on the same page to make decisions. In addition, the shell of the new Rollingwood III building was still being finished, so close contact with Endeavor Real Estate Group for building deliveries, elevator coordination, parking, etc.

“Superintendent Barry Hunter and Project Engineer Carter Cole did an excellent job keeping everyone up-to-date with current project activities, shell updates, and coordinating our work around that of the five other general contractors working in the building.”

The Compass mission is “to help everyone find their place in the world.” Sabre Commercial is happy we got to be a part of creating their new place in our corner of the world.
