This jaw-dropping transformation was a full gut and remodel of an existing BMX and Motorcycle shop. The showroom and office build-out consisted of many structural improvements in order to open up the space to go along with the addition of 2 stairs. The building has new water, gas and electrical service to go along with brand new RTUs. The interior has exposed ceilings with drywalled MEP piping and ductwork, acoustic baffles, skylights and a new lighting package. The offices and conference rooms consist of DIRTT Walls which include integrated electrical, data & A/V. We revived the concrete floors with stained epoxy and installed carpet in the open office area, individual offices and conference rooms. White Oak slats cover the north wall of the interior ramp and are seen at the concierge desk and the main break room island and extend to the exterior. The 2,000 square foot exterior patio is accessible through the new storefront or rear garage doors and consists of cast in place concrete with an stained acrylic top coat and gorgeous pendant lights.
