This first generation tenant finish-out for Aristocrat Technologies, a global gaming company, is located on the fourth floor the Class A Domain 1 office building. Featuring a wide variety of custom finishes including wood slat ceiling features, tin ceilings, a brick facade feature wall, and custom booths and benches throughout, this office space is designed to impress. The space was outfitted with a mixture of private offices enclosed by DIRTT wall systems as well as more traditional cubicle office systems. Floating acoustic ceiling panels with an integrated light system keep the area fresh and stylish. To make the space their own, the break room features an arcade with fully functioning pinball machines as well as Aristocrats’ own game systems.
