Downtown Austin interior Class A finish-out with a fast paced schedule and high end finishes.
This project included the staircase shown below that required extensive collaboration between steel workers and the wood overlay.

This tenant finish out was split over two floors in the new Colorado Tower in downtown Austin. Construction was completed within a tight construction schedule. The open concept floorplan included an interior conference and “chat” rooms along the building core. The staircase involved extensive collaboration between the steel workers and the wood overlay installers. The finished product was a stunning and modern office for the tech company.
