Central Texas Eye Center is a ground-up, single-story retail building along IH-35 in San Marcos. This building includes an ophthalmologist office and lease space. It is composed of brick and CMU. Its impressive exterior design creates a unique texture on the walls highlighted by white iron detailing. In the front, sits an atrium with a skylight welcoming clients into the lobby of the optometry practice. Sitework includes the 127-car parking lot which wraps around the building.

Premium interiors of 19,800 SF building done by Sabre, include a high-end optometry office and eyewear center. The remaining 7,680 square feet is leasable space.
