This project was an interior renovation creating an office, retail and warehouse space for the headquarters of Four Hands Furniture Company. The scope included three phases of construction.
The Four Hands finish-out included open office areas with built-in steel workspace partitions, a high-end break room area with brass accents, restrooms and showers refresh and collaborative spaces with custom carpentry trim work on the façade.
In addition to the interior scope, Sabre replaced the existing storefront glass with larger units, which required significant panel cuts to the tilt-wall structure. The final phase of the project consisted of new landscaping, custom shading structures and a perimeter fence.
