This phased renovation for the Hill + Knowlton consulting firm took place in the Class A IBC Bank Plaza in downtown Austin. To allow for continuous occupation by the tenant throughout construction, the schedule was split over three phases.

A combination of conventional drywall and high end Modernus Demountable Glass Partitions were used throughout the space to give a very polished final product. Construction continued during the annual SXSW festival in downtown Austin, requiring extreme planning and coordination to allow for the continuous operations to maintain the construction schedule.
