The new office for Lennar Homes was a renovation of their existing space that was once a Design Center to provide multiple contract signing rooms, as well as updated offices for all of their internal departments. In the entryway, wood slatted ceiling was reformed to fit the new shape of the entryway, with a newly installed carpet to be the centerpiece of the floor. A virtual reception room was created with glass partitions to separate the space from the cubicles for the employees. An all glass conference room in the center of the space was created to facilitate collaboration. A glass film was added to provide privacy due to its central location.
