This Downtown Austin project consisted of a full renovation of the 13th floor at the San Jacinto Center. The scope included all new MEP’s with all new linear and accent lighting fixtures throughout, new ducting and HVAC unit placement, as well as several plumbing upgrades throughout. The finish scopes included all new flooring, millwork elevations, interior glazing and sidelights, as well as standard and accent paint throughout. Also included in the scope was furniture coordination and sign installation, we ensured all electrical rough-in was provided for all new open office cubicles and conference room tables.
