This project for Midtown Urology was the demolition of their existing suite, build-back and expansion into the adjacent suite to expand the practice’s footprint in the medical office building. The work was split into 2 phases to allow the clinic to remain fully operational without interruptions.

Within the build-out, all MEP aspects were fully updated, including all new plumbing fixtures, lighting, as well as the electrical panel to accept the new power load and new HVAC grills. The space was also given new fi nishes throughout so the space presented as one cohesive suite such as all new custom cabinetry and granite countertops, fresh paint, tile backsplashes in the breakroom and bathrooms, new fl ooring and decorative wall coverings throughout the space.
