The Saint Vincent project included the renovation of the former St. Vincent de Paul thrift shop and new construction of the three-story Saint Vincent building. This adaptive mixed-use building totals 19,870 square feet in the historic South Congress District of Austin, Texas. The building features 9,060 square feet of high-street retail at street level and 10,810 square feet of creative office space on the top two floors.

Construction included the reworking of the intersection with traffic signals and pedestrian walkways that required extensive coordination with the City of Austin Traffic Department. Extreme care and extensive monitoring took place throughout the project to protect the two heritage oak trees within the site.
