This was a build-out of a first-generation medical office building for an Austin Diagnostic and Austin Heart combined clinic. The space included exam rooms, offices, lab space, multiple nurses stations, a split waiting room and an x-ray suite. All work was completed on the existing occupied floor with noisier work taking place before and after operating hours.
