The project transformed a 3,134 square foot corner space at West 2nd and San Antonio Streets in downtown Austin into a vibrant, upscale restaurant. After carefully stripping out the existing interior, our team orchestrated a full tenant fit out—meticulously reconfiguring the main dining room, private dining salon, commercial kitchen and two intimate sushi rooms. We reengineered the entire mechanical system to seamlessly support the new layout and culinary requirements, ensuring optimal climate control, ventilation and energy efficiency throughout the space.
Every finish in this restaurant was selected and executed with both artistry and durability in mind. A dynamic interplay of tile patterns leads guests from one zone to the next, while handcrafted millwork defines the bar, booths and sushi counters with rich textures and refined details. Plush, custom stitched leather upholstery invites comfort and warmth and specialty paint treatments—ranging from subtle paint textures to deep matte accents—imbue each area with its own distinct character. The result is a cohesive, spirited environment that not only elevates the dining experience, but also stands as a showcase of precision craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
