The new headquarters for the non-profit Texas Wildlife Association is a ground-up single-story wood-framed building that incorporates heavy timber trusses with 2 x 6 wood decks, a metal roof, storefront and western window systems.
Sabre performed all civil and site work encompassing 5.98 acres which included a road bore underneath FM 1102, all utilities, an asphalt parking lot and a complete asphalt road encircling the building with an aerobic septic system and detention pond.
