This project features a commercial finish-out and remodel of an existing, historical residential property for the offices of Witliff Cutter, PLLC. The building exterior façade features refurbished and painted brick with new wood siding added. New concrete steps and railings were added to the building exterior. Utility water lines were upgraded for the building and a new electrical service was provided. The interior remodel features added wood-framed walls, plaster finished walls and completely refurbished wood flooring. The interior of the space also includes a new HVAC system, new plumbing fixtures, new plastic laminate woodwork with solid surface countertops, ceramic tile in the breakroom and restroom areas, as well as new wood doors and door frames. The project features the original windows that were refurbished and re-installed throughout the building.
