This project consisted of the ground-up construction of a 24,750 SF distribution warehouse for the Viahart Toy Company. Mueller Inc. provided the pre-engineered metal building, Malin provided and installed 175 twenty-two by eight feet metal racks to stock the various inbound and outbound shipments. The interior construction also included a pre-assembled 2-story Panel Built Inc. modular office to accommodate restroom facilities and a second-story display room. This project also included extensive site and utility work. This six acre property is prepared to receive 4 additional warehouses since utilities were installed for the entire plot.
