This first generation interior finish out of the fourteenth floor of the Class-A Shoal Creek Walk building is located in downtown Austin.

This project included two separate offices as well as the elevator lobby and corridor between. Each office was uniquely designed with each featuring high end finishes, lighting packages, and design elements throughout. Each tenant had its own reception area, break room and conference room as well as a mixture of executive style individual offices and open office space.

Because the Shoal Creek Walk Building is an AEGB 2-Star rated building, both offices were suited to comply with the city-wide green building rating.
